WCS22 will be held at The Climbing Hangar, Exeter and we cannot wait to visit this new venue! It's been a number of years since we held WCS in the South of England and we're really looking forward to bringing the event to a new location and meeting new members of the women's climbing community.

GETTING HERE
Please be aware that parking onsite is very limited. Where possible we encourage people to use public transport or cycle (secure bike storage onsite).
The Climbing Hangar Exeter is roughly a 35 minute walk (or 10 minute cycle) from Exeter St David’s train station, a 20 minute walk from the city centre, and is also connected on the 'Green' bus route. For those traveling by car, TCH Exeter is only a 10 minute bus journey from Matford Park & Ride.

ONLINE WAIVERS
All participants must complete an online waiver prior to the event. Completion of this waiver is essential for entry on the day and it will speed up your check-in time dramatically if completed beforehand.
* For any participants under the age of 18, please contact the wall directly to ensure you complete the correct waivers for your needs; this may depend on a number of factors including age and experience.

WALL MAP
In an effort to improve our environmental impact we are reducing the use of paper where we can. For this reason we highly recommend downloading a copy of the wall map to your phone for use at the event.
The wall map will ensure you can navigate yourself to all of the important places during the symposium: the locations of coaching workshops, focus talks and headline speakers will be indicated, as will the toilets, café area and lockers too.

FoOD & DRINK

The Climbing Hangar Exeter has a fabulous café and coffee shop serving fresh, ethical and local produce and beverages which will be available throughout the day. Their food menu will be smaller than usual (to best accommodate the event) and is available below for you to consider.
LUNCH MENU
To provide a smooth dining experience the talented team at TCH Exeter have arranged Build Your Own Buddha Bowls for lunch - available as pre-order only.
Pre-order lunch was trialled at WCS21 to rave reviews: dramatically reducing the time spent in queues enabled everyone to better enjoy their day, spending more time connecting over lunch and/or climbing!
