All participants must complete an online waiver prior to the event. Completion of this waiver is essential for entry on the day and it will speed up your check-in time dramatically if completed beforehand.
*** For any participants under the age of 18, please contact the wall directly to ensure you complete the correct waivers for your needs; this may depend on a number of factors including age and experience.

WALL MAP
In an effort to improve our environmental impact we are reducing the use of paper where we can. For this reason we highly recommend downloading a copy of the wall map to your phone for use at the event.
The wall map will ensure you can navigate yourself to all of the important places during the event: the locations of your coaching workshops, focus talk and and plenary areas will be indicated, as will the toilets, café area and lockers too.
