What is WCSx?
Following two successful smaller events in 2023 we want to continue to make WCS more accessible to more people across the country. Featuring a shorter day and a smaller crowd, WCSx provides members of the climbing community an opportunity to connect, develop and be inspired at their local walls.
These events are aimed at over 14s, and open to anyone of any gender.

What is the WCSx READING theme?
Our theme for WCSx is 'Expand.' Our specially curated sessions will look at three developing different aspects of your climbing:

Expand your comfort zone: committing to scary moves looks at tactical aspects to help you unlock harder climbs

Expand your coordination: connecting the whole chain will focus on refining your movement technique, using tension to develop flow
-
Expand your range: strength and mobility for climbers will help you get the most out of your body, setting you up to climb for as many years as possible!

Participants will rotate around the 3 sessions in a carousel format before coming together for the Plenary Q&A. You can read about each session's content, including a bio for the guest speaker/coach who is delivering it, here.
