WCS Workouts: Lunchtime yoga stretch (wrists, fingers, ankles, toes) with Rebecca

A short lunchtime practice working into all the unloved corners of your body, whether that's your toes getting shoved into climbing shoes, or your fingers putting the hours in on home training. Plus ankle and wrist mobility and stability.

Anyone participating in an online yoga class is confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. By participating you confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in a suitable level of exercise given your knowledge of your health and taking into account any medical advice you have received.

Rebecca is an RYT200 and qualified Yin Yoga teacher currently completing a YTT500. As a climber who has had to take up running in lockdown, she has two tight shoulders, one tight hip, two tight hamstrings... and don't even ask about her ankles!
