RESPONSIBLE TRAVEL:

At WCS, we are committed to protecting the environment and reducing our carbon footprint. This year we are partnering with Mossy Earth, who will be planting trees to offset the travel of our guest speakers and cover the energy consumed in running the event.

Mossy Earth is a social enterprise on a mission to bring true wilderness back to Europe. Through the framework of rewilding and reforestation, they offer individuals, schools and businesses the possibility to reduce their carbon footprint while planting native forests and restoring key ecosystems across Europe. Caroline Ciavaldini, Emily Harrington, Hazel Findlay and Alex Honnold all regularly offset their travel with Mossy Earth!

Please join us in planning responsible travel for your journey to the event.

We know and love the fact that many of you travel from all over the country (and the world!) to come to WCS. Fortunately with HarroWall's location, there is excellent public transport available and we would encourage you to use this where possible. If you need to drive, please post on our facebook event page to arrange car-pooling and share lifts - connecting with other psyched women starts on the journey to the event :)

HOW TO GET TO HARROWALL:

By Bike

HarroWall have 30 bike dedicated bike spaces in a covered 2-tier bike rack that will keep your bike dry no matter what the weather. The bike rack is situated right outside the front door. Don't forget to bring lights and a lock! :)

By Train / Tube

The Wall is just 5mins walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill train station.

Tube: Situated on the Metropolitan line, you can get to the local station in only 25 mins from Baker Street Tube station in the centre of London. The Metropolitan line also serves AmershamWatford & Uxbridge meaning if coming from the North you can leave the car at one of these stations, miss the traffic and come by tube instead.
