Anyone participating in an online yoga class is confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. Rebecca is an RYT200 and qualified Yin Yoga teacher currently completing a YTT500. As a climber who has had to take up running in lockdown, she has two tight shoulders, one tight hip, two tight hamstrings... and don't even ask about her ankles!
