COACHES

At Women's Climbing Symposium we pride ourselves on searching the UK (and the world!) for the cream of women's coaching talent, recruiting experienced athletes and coaches as well as top professionals in disciplines relating to climbing.

We are so psyched to have our coaching team back face-to-face for WCS21 :)

Suz Dudink
Suz Dudink

Originally from Holland, I discovered climbing when I was 21. Together with my partner Andy Earl, I travelled the world, developed climbing areas and built up Climb Newcastle. Very soon I shared the podium with Adam Ondra and became one of the first females to boulder F8a+! Circumstances changed so I started to focus more on coaching and route-setting and recently set up 'UpgradeClimbing’. I love helping others reach their potential, and seeing them enjoy your routes is unbelievably rewarding.
